YOGA

Yoga is a 5000-year-old Indian philosophy that combines exercise, breathing, diet, relaxation and meditation. It is a combination of physical and mental disciplines which make the body stronger and healthier and the mind calmer and more controlled, helping towards self-realization. It emphasizes the relationship of body, mind and breath, the synchronization of the breath and movement, the use of preparation, counter pose, sequences of linked postures and modification of postures to suit individual needs.

Hatha Yoga is probably the best known form of Yoga and includes Asanas (body postures), Pranayama (control of vital energy through breath control), Kriyas (cleansing practices), Meditation, and Deep Relaxation to reduce stress and build self-confidence.

YOGA CAMPS & DAILY YOGA SESSION

Yoga Camp & Daily Yoga Session are conducted on regular basis as a part of Swasthyrakshana. It promotes the metal strength of the individual there by helps in countering the day today stress related troubles.





For giving a holistic approach to health care and ease stress full life, free yoga camps are arranged for patients and healthy individuals.

Daily yoga sessions are conducted for indoor patients. Special yoga camps for girls and other outdoor patients have been conducted and about 100 individuals have been benefited.
